Abstract

The research work, mainly performed within the PhD thesis of Maxime Chalvin, deals with additive manufacturing by multi-axis robotised wire deposition, and is particularly focused on the development of deposition strategies, path planning and robto control optimisation.
The ROBOWAM project was also the origin of the buildup of the Additive manufacturing robot-based WAAM cell, with the integration of a welding robot funded by the Métropole Toulon Provence Méditerranée.
